Insights: We were able to create an assumptive user journey based on feedback from coaches via email and skype sessions. We also employ a coach on our marketing team and were able to utilize his input as a way to move forward on our MVP.
We were able to boil the user journey down into 3 major journeys:
#1 - Viewing data: Log in—> dashboard of athletes. As soon as “coach” logs in he is sent to the primary live athlete view screen.
#2 & 3 - Creating teams and adding athletes. (We originally had team creation and athlete creation/upload as two separate tabs. After further review and iteration we were able to put them together.
FORM Lifting Coach Platform
Solution: Dashboard of live athlete lifting. Each card can opened or closed to 1/3 - 2/3 - or 3/3 view. Each time the card reveals more in-depth data on each athlete, from velocity to elapsed time to sets and rep data for the entire workout.
